Aims & Objectives

Education aims to develop a child’s moral mental and physical capabilities so that he/she can take up the challenges and shoulder the responsibilities of life with confidence, take pride in his/her religion, country, culture, heritage, and profession.

Following aspects of a child are, therefore given special attention in this education system

  1. Developments of individual qualities like honesty, integrity, self-discipline, diligence etc. through appreciation, affection, reward and indoctrination by the teachers.
  2. Developments of individual qualities like cooperation, tolerance sociability etc. By proper motivation in and outside the classroom.
  3. Developments of leadership qualities like initiative, power of decision, self-confidence, and action. by providing opportunities to hold appointments as class Monitors, prefects and various societies of their respective campuses.
  4. Detection and elimination of the negative traits of personality like selfishness, violence, cheating, short cutting, indiscipline etc. by constant observation as well as counseling and through adoption of corrective measures where necessary.
  5. Development of curiosity, creative thinking and sense of inquiry by providing a pedagogic atmosphere using the heuristic method.
  6. Developments of innate skills, aptitude, power of expression and general knowledge through curricular and extra curricular activities like plays, declamations, excursions, study tours etc.
